Our surrounding environment is greatly changing. Population trends are moving rapidly toward an aging society, bringing enormous challenges to the security industry, while COVID-19 has forced us to make major transitions. Amid this, the need for reassurance and safety is stronger than ever.
With the impact of COVID-19, new roads are being paved to new workstyles and work approaches that are not tied to time and space. Our work at Tokyo Guard and Security is labor intensive and we are indeed what are called essential workers.
I didn’t expect DX to become relevant to us, but it has surprisingly been a good fit; we are now in the midst of the opportunity to reform. We must rid ourselves of conventional thinking and harness DX to boldly rebuild a company that can sustain growth despite a labor shortage (shrinking population).
Using this as a foundation, I aspire to grow into a company that contributes to everyone’s happiness and safety through security.

Security solution Business
Security guard
Security guards offer onsite security for universities and hospitals that are highly public, private global companies, as well as embassies and research centers. Services include management of visitor and user entry/exits, patrolling, monitor surveillance, and other. In addition to facility security services, they also offer rescue in emergencies and respond to disasters. The work is very rewarding, as it contributes to the reassurance and safety of clients as well as the community.
Management staff
The work is diverse, such as checking in with current clients, sales activities, clerical work such as labor management of security staff, and much more. When entering a new contract, staff will meticulously review a security plan with the client and serve as support for the security guards. This is an important job that involves engagement with clients, the security staff, the sales team, and many other members.
Office work staff
Office work staff engage in sales management, customer service, task support for other staff, attendance management, and more. This important work supports the team and enables other operations to function smoothly and staff to work with a feeling of reassurance.
Sales staff
Sales staff propose our security services to clients. Security is a crucial category that must be fail-proof for clients, and this is why we work in good faith. In recent years, our services extend beyond security services, including building maintenance, proposals for product sales, robots, AI systems, and more.
