STEP 02
Interviews and onsite surveys
A dedicated security counselor will personally visit the site on the date and time requested by the client and carefully survey the site, checking the circumstances of the facility and interviewing the client.
STEP 03
Consulting
While obviously working to fulfill the requests of the client, we will also carefully develop a whole image of our services to ensure that our building maintenance services will provide maximum effect and link this to an overall plan so that effect is sustained.
STEP 04
Security plans and anti-crime design
As we gain knowledge during meticulous consulting, we will apply this to develop a more concrete, reassuring, and reliable security plan and anti-crime design.
STEP 05
Submission of a proposal, estimate,
construction conditions, and other
Based on consulting, we will propose the estimate and construction conditions for the optimum overall plan for the client, along with specific security and anti-crime plans.
STEP 06
Signing of contract
After the client agrees to the proposed service content and conditions, they will fill out and stamp an application and then proceed to signing a contract.
STEP 07
Security construction
We will commence with work such as installing security equipment and confirming communication settings with the control center. (This is generally done in a short time but may vary according to onsite conditions and contract content.)
STEP 08
Launch of services
Immediately after the security counselor explains the equipment and introduces security staff, our services will start.
Follow-up
Per the Security Services Act (Act No. 117 of July 5, 1972), security companies are obligated to provide guidance, education, and supervision.
To provide high-quality services with a focus on proper security service, we believe that a plan that ensures maximum effect and ongoing upgrades are important. Tokyo G&S will provide follow-up through various options on an ongoing basis so that our security and building maintenance services provide maximum effect in response to client needs.
Execute Services
Identify current situation and maintain quality
Our dedicated staff will regularly make inspection rounds to discern if our services are suitable and provide guidance as needed to the onsite leader.
Conduct CS surveys
We will confirm client requests through three-party meetings as needed with the client, Tokyo G&S staff, and the onsite leader, as well as an annual questionnaire filled out by the client.
Educate, guide
The necessary knowledge and skills will be improved through mandatory education and other education, training, and guidance.
A quality-improvement meeting will be held monthly.

Management Structure
Tokyo G&S has established a management structure to provide the proper services. With an abundant background in facility security, we can offer suitable proposals to clients as an organization. Our Tokyo Office especially is currently engaged in security duties for prominent large-scale facilities and high-security facilities in Tokyo.
